TrueStore does it utmost to provide our customers with the best possible products, nevertheless our customers have a right to revoke to our deliveries. This within 14 days starting from the date of delivery. Right to revoke is detailed described in our general conditions.

Return shipments in 3 steps:

• Please print out the PDF return form, of which you will find a link below. Completely fill out this form and include this form in the return parcel.
• Make sure that the goods to be returned are well packed in order to avoid damages during transportation.
• Send your returns prepaid to:

The returns will be check on numbers, mistakes and damages upon receipt, consequently we will send you the substitution or make the remittance.

Please note that will not accept FOB or unpaid shipments. While filling out the return form, make sure that you provide us with your IBAN and BIC numbers as bankdetails. Usually you can find this in your online banking portal.
