The products are delivered all over the world.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Truestore.eu covers a part of the packaging, recycling, insurance and shipping costs and charges a shippping contribution of € 4,90 per shipping within Germany. Free shipping for order with order value exceeding € 80,- (only valid within Germany, does not apply to punch bags).

Deliveries to foreign countries:
EU member states:
For shipping to other EU countries than Germany we charge € 9,- per order. Free shipping for orders exceeding € 150,- . We ship with DHL and German Post, depending on where you are and how fast the local post works, you can count with delvery leadtimes of 4 to 10 working days. All shipments can be traced through their unique shipping number.  - .

Non EU countries:
For shipping Worldwide (outside of the EU) we change € 20,- per order. We ship with DHL and German Post, depending on where you are and how fast the local post works, you can count with delvery leadtimes of 4 to 21 work days. All shipments can be traced through an unique shipping number, in some countries even through your local post website.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made.
The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

n case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.
