Payment & Shipping
Currently we offer payment by bank transfer, payment through Paypal and COD (for deliveries within Germany only). The goods will be despatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Once delay occurs we shall inform the buyer immediately by email.
The offered prices are excluding € 5,90 Euro (incl. 19% VAT) shipping costs per shipment to Germany, this will be waived if the order exceeds € 100,- Euros in value (only valid within Germany, this offer is not valid for punch bags). Shipping to other EU countries costs € 9,- (incl. 19% VAT) which is waived at an order value of € 150,- or more.
Shipping costs for punch bags under 31 kg. within Germany is € 15,- (incl. 19% VAT) per piece, punch bags above 31kg within Germany is € 25,- (incl. 19% VAT) per piece. Since most of ouor punchbags are delivered by a forwarder instead of UPS, the COD service does does not apply to punchbags in general.
Shipping costs for punch bag deliveries to other EU countries are on request.
We ship with UPS, Deutsche Post and DHL.

If you are home in one of the EU member state you can use SEPA, an European banktransfer system connecting all EU members financially. In order to use SEPA, which is offered by all european banks, you will need the IBAN and BIC numbers of the receiver. The advanctage of this SEPA / EU transfer for payments to another Eu country is that the payer has no extra banking costs as for a domestic payment. So you are not paying more than for a transfer within your own country.
