<p>The dummy itself is well built, good quality construction. It is a fine product and it does what it is supposed to. I would rather review the buying experience, which exceeded my expectations by a large margin. The shipping and handling costs was low for such a big and heavy item. There was a problem with my order (my entire fault) but it was detected, handled and solved by Tanja within just a few minutes after I placed the order. I was pleasantly surprised and it was a pleasure exchanging emails with Tanja. Since I live on an island in Portugal, I was expecting something like three weeks to a full month for the item to arrive, as it is usually the case with large items, specially considering the value that was charged to me for the shipping costs. However, just a few days afterwards, I had the package in my hands. I don't know how they were able to send such a large and heavy item by express mail for such a low cost, but they certainly did. Wonderful purchasing experience, very polite people and very professional. Will surely buy from this company again, if the need arises.</p>
