The Resistance System Mini (RSM) is extremely versatile and practical. It comes with a set of Power Handles and a PTP Indoor Anchor, allowing you to train anywhere and anytime. With 6 Mini PowerTubes in 3 resistance levels, the Resistance System Mini is the perfect choice for strengthening and toning exercises. It is specifically designed for smaller spaces and a shorter range of motion (ROM) to reach the resistance level faster, and is also compatible with the PTP Core-Dome. All tubes are equipped with an integrated safety cable, making them a safe choice for resistance training. The RSM provides the ability to increase or decrease resistance during training by adding or removing an additional tube.
